Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Course Viking.

Because our products are digital downloads and online courses, all sales are generally considered final. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All eBooks, guides, templates, downloadable files, and other digital products are delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products, except in the situations outlined below.

Online Courses

Once you have been granted access to a course, lessons, or course materials, refunds are generally not available.

If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchase, please contact our support team. We will work promptly to resolve any access or delivery issues.

Eligible Refunds

A refund may be approved under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You purchased the same product accidentally in duplicate.
• You were unable to access the product due to a verified technical issue that we could not resolve.
• The wrong product was delivered and we are unable to provide the correct one.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Purchasing the wrong product or course by mistake.
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
• Not having sufficient time to complete the course.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after accessing the content.
• Incompatibility with your device or software when system requirements were clearly stated.

Unauthorized Sharing

All digital products and course materials are protected by copyright laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content. Sharing, distributing, reselling, reproducing, or uploading any part of our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without a refund.
